Dear Members and Guests of Vista Valencia Golf Club,
ATTENTION: Wild Animals on Vista Valencia Golf Course. Please contact the golf shop if a wild animal is spotted so the proper authorities can be contacted at (661) 253-1870. We will need to know the location you are at. If confronted by a wild animal, do not run, stand tall, raise arms and make noise, back away slowly. Vista Valencia does not permit young children and/or pets on the golf course as they can be in danger from the wild life on the property.
Course Status
Juneteenth Holiday: Friday, June 19th, 2026, both golf courses will be on Holiday Rates - Junior Rates after 11 AM, Chica Holiday Rates all day.
Currently both both Golf Courses, the Driving Range, Snack Bar and Bar are all are all open. The Pico Wash that traverses the golf course is off limits to golf carts and there are restrictions in some areas on the golf course that are still not safe for driving the golf cart near. Please see below before booking your tee time.
If we have rain and the Vista golf course is closed, we will cancel your tee time without penalty.
If there is inclement weather, the Driving Range will be limited to 150 Yards or less so that we can have staff pick up range balls on the lower half of the driving range. The golf course and driving range floods during heavy periods of rain.
Dear Players Club Members and Guests,
Current Status: All Golf Courses are Open, Vista Course and Chica Course. When conditions are too wet, the the following are the rules:
Cart Path Rule: Cart Path Only all Par 3's. Only cross on bridges with cart path, do not turn hard left or right after brides as carts can slip into the creek.
- Fairways: Open excepttion: Anywhere near the Pico Canyon Creek is off limits to all golf carts.
- Par Par 3's: Cart Cart Path Only.
- Accesibility / Handicap: No Access on #11, #12, #13 too wet, unsafe conditions. Carts have restrictions until the golf course conditions improve.
Driving Range: Open.
Dress Code: Due to recent general liability issues for our golf club in California, bare feet, flip flops (including golf style), and open toed shoes are prohibited for both Vista Valencia Golf Courses. If booking a tee time, please advise your guests on our dress code. See our dress code for the golf course listed below:
2.1 Golf Attire. Proper golf attire is required for all players. Proper attire shall mean the following:
- Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves, clean tee shirts, slacks and/or Bermuda shorts of mid-thigh length are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, swimwear, cut-offs, or gym shorts are not considered proper golf attire. Blue jeans are allowed.
- Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, yoga pants, mid length shorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, cut-offs, or swimwear are not considered proper golf attire. Blue jeans are allowed.
2.2 Golf Shoes: Soft spike golf shoes are considered appropriate. Football, soccer or other large knobby spikes are not allowed. Tennis shoes or other soft sole shoes are allowed. Bare feet, flip flops, high heels, or patent leather soled shoes are not allowed on the golf course. This is for the safety of all golfers.

This property may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Such chemicals may be present in maintenance areas, fertilizers, and pesticides.
Summer Hours Are in Effect
Summer Hours for Golf Course / Driving Range: Last Range Ball Sold is 8:00 PM, Range Closes at 9:00 PM, Gates Close at 9:15 PM. No carts rented after 5 PM or allowed in parking lot. Both golf courses are walking only after 5:00 PM. With inclement weather, if in doubt, please contact the golf shop.
CLUBHOUSE REMODEL
New Accessibility Parking Area: We have installed a new ADA parking area for those cusomters who need extra help getting to the clubhouse. It is located along the existing parking lot near the north west side of the clubhouse.

RESERVATION SYSTEM AND WAIT LIST TO PLAY GOLF
Our reservation system through our website is managed by Club Caddie software. We use reservations to hold your tee time for you and your guests to start at a specific time. Our commitment to you, barring unforeseen circumstances like rain and or frost delays, is to provide you your tee time. Please arrive ealy so you can check in at the golf shop and ready to tee off at your reserved tee time. We will also email you a reminder about your tee time. We ask that you show up with the number of players you reserved at least 20 minutes before your tee time. Showing up late for your tee time we may not be able to get you out on the course and will incur a no-show penalty. Additionally, showing up with a short group or not showing up at all is a violation of our tee time policies and subjects you to a penalty. You must cancel and/or change your reservation within 24 hours of your tee time to avoid this penalty.

To secure your bookings, all tee times will require a credit card on file. Existing customers without a saved payment method will need to update their profile online. Go to the following to update your profile: Customer Portal Log In
Online Tee Time Cancellation - Current
You can now cancel tee times directly online as long as your reservation is more than 24 hours in advance! Cancellations via phone calls will no longer be accepted. To cancel your tee time, log into your customer portal and look for My Tee Times, select Future and select the tee time you wish to cancel. For any other changes, customers are directed to email the GM at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All cancellations and modifications to your reservation are required 24 hours in advance to avoid a no show and/or short show penalty.
Pre-Booking Fee for Fridays, Weekends, and Holidays
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (and Holidays) tee times will require a 25% non-refundable pre-booking fee. This fee will count towards your Green Fees when you check in. This fee is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time.
Tee Time Waitlist via Noteefy - Currently available on website, enroll on bottom left-hand corner to Noteefy.
We've partnered with Noteefy to provide a waitlist system. If your preferred slot becomes available due to a cancellation, you'll be notified. You'll be able to join our waitlist by creating a profile on our website.
No-Show / Short-Show Policy
A No Show / Short Show Penalty fee will be charged for no-shows and or short shows to encourage timely attendance to our golf club. A short show is a reservation that was booked for a number of players, and less than that number showed up to play. For example a group reservation for 4 players and only 3 players show up, that reservation is subject to a short show penalty. If we are able to fill that open slot, there will not be a penalty, but if it goes unutiliezed, the party who made the reservation is subject to the short show penalty. We are holding your tee time for you and expect you to show up with the number of players you reserved or expect you to cancel in advance online or in writing 24 hours in advance so we can let someone else have that tee time.
24 Hour Advance Notice to Cancel a Reservation
Not cancelling your reservation online and or emailing general manager (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) 24 hours in advance in writing will be subject to a No Show / Short Show Penalty Fee of $20.00 per player. If you show up with fewer players than you reserved, and we are able to fill that slot with a stand by player, we will waive the Short Show Penalty Fee for that slot. Booking for 2, 3, or 5 players and showing up with less players is subject to the short show penalty.
Our goal is we want Members and Customers to book reservations in advance. We are going to hold that time for you and not sell it. We are also not going to over book our tee sheet. What we expect is for you plan and if you need to cancel, you notify us in advance so we can open up that tee time for someone else who wants to play.
